Booking Fees & Services

Laura Hoffman has over three hours of repertoire she selects from. She plays on a full-size concert, Salvi Aurora harp which she can move herself with the aid of a dolly. It requires a large vehicle to transport it and approximately 25 minutes to unload, set-up and tune the instrument. All of this is included in the approximate rates listed below and based on locations within a half-hour radius of Myersville, MD.

Minimum fee:       

• $350 for up to 2 hours

• $100 an hour for each additional hour

There are many details that determine the cost of booking a harpist such as location of the event, length of time, relocating/moving the instrument, amplification, peek holiday dates, conditions of performance location… Please contact Laura personally to receive an estimate for the type of event you are planning. After she determines your specific needs, she will create a performance contract for you to sign and return with a non-refundable $50 deposit that can be applied to the total cost of service. The balance is then due at the time services are rendered.
